FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Any gadgets/personalized items will be the same as the photo. However, eatable such as chocolates, cakes and flower arrangments can be a bit (1%-5%) different from the picture due to the availability of seasonal products, and handmade arrangments. But we always try our best to match 100% with the product photo.
You may return the product if it’s not a part of the non-returnable list or if you have received:
– A wrong product (if the product includes all tags, unused and in original unbroken packaging).
– A defective/damaged product (For electronic items, open products will be accepted if it’s different from the product description or picture displayed).
– If you have placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
- The items/products are in their original retail packaging (Closed Box/ Sealed) and are not tampered or damaged in any condition. The seal of the product/item requires to be in an intact condition.
- For all other products, returns are accepted if the product is in the unbroken original packaging and has all the original tags, including all accessories.
A refund will be issued into your wallet or bank account, post-inspection at our end.
