You may return the product if it’s not a part of the non-returnable list or if you have received:

– A wrong product (if the product includes all tags, unused and in original unbroken packaging).

 – A defective/damaged product (For electronic items, open products will be accepted if it’s different from the product description or picture displayed).

 – If you have placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:

  • The items/products are in their original retail packaging (Closed Box/ Sealed) and are not tampered or damaged in any condition. The seal of the product/item requires to be in an intact condition.
  •  For all other products, returns are accepted if the product is in the unbroken original packaging and has all the original tags, including all accessories.

Following products are not refundable/non-returnable:
– If the product falls into the personalized category (a name or personal message has been pasted on any of the items).
– All food items, such as chocolate and cakes (if you’ve received the right item).

Once you place an order using a credit or debit card, it will automatically deduct the funds from your account, and you will also receive a confirmation email from us. This will be reflected in your statement within 2 – 3 days.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, you can contact us by emailing at along with the details and photos of the product you received.

Once the order has been placed, you can cancel/change it within 10 minutes to avoid any charges and waste (if it’s worth eating).
