if you received the wrong order such as chocolates and flowers please contact us ASAP; we will rectify and investigate the situation right away. We must be reported by email within 8 hours of the actual delivery time (for edible within 2 hours) by email at hi@giftme.ae.

Complaints made more than 8 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.


Once the order has been placed, you can cancel/change it within 10 minutes to avoid any charges and waste (if it’s worth eating); Please just email or call us and let us know. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
