Delivery and Return Policy

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to locations across the UAE via our courier partners. We are hoping that in the future, we can serve the other GCC countries and more.

How much is the delivery charge?

You will be charged 30 AED as delivery fee across UAE.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

We can only ship to one address per order. To send products to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each address. Please make sure that the address and contact information are within the UAE.

How long does it take?
Printouts (i.e. Prints) will typically take between 3 to 5 working days (Public holidays, Saturday, & Sunday are not included).

Standard delivery period for other products will take 8-10 working days.

In case of unexpected delays that are out of our control, you will be notified in advance. We will do our best to avoid such occurrences.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality?

Fortunately, our customers send their love for our products.

But in any case, you are not satisfied or did not receive the described quality, we are happy to assist you in any way, you may reach us in saygiftme@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp with details describing your concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund once the purchase is completed as all orders are personalized. However, we will be happy to fix the product or provide you a replacement.

For Bulk Orders:

We will be happy to speak to you if you need to make bulk orders (at least 15 copies of the same item), and we can provide you with discounted rates. Please email us on saygiftme@gmail.com with your inquiry. Bulk order discounts are only applicable on Photobooks and Wall Art items.
